Julie joined Hutton’s in 2018 and had been Head of the Probate, Trusts and Wills department since arriving.

Julie is a highly accomplished wills and probate practitioner and is fully STEP accredited.

Julie deals with large and complex estates, often involving international elements or offshore assets. In addition, as part of her specialist qualifications, she has a keen interest in  establishing trusts and advising individuals on wealth preservation and management.

Working alongside the property and business teams means that her  clients have access to comprehensive advice, at cost effective and proportionate expense.

Julie also provides professional support to the disputes team on Inheritance Act and contested will claims.

Every year Julie manages the Will Aid Scheme and oversees some 30-40 appointments where the will fees are donated directly to charity.  The funds raised over the last few years exceed £12k.

 

Laura is a new addition to the Hutton’s team.

Laura has significant experience managing Court of Protection matters as well as the daily issues that come from the Administration of complex Estates. Her experience is vast and there is very little she has not come across before.

 

Annalee has recently joined wills and probate team as a paralegal. On a day to day basis she assists senior members of the department with the drafting of wills as well as the administration and management of estates.
