    Family Solicitor (Care and Public Law) 3+ PQE to Senior Associate

    This is a unique opportunity to join a highly regarded team dealing with a full range of public law matters.  The above PQE is a guide and candidates who may be more senior, or those who can otherwise exhibit a proven track record of dealing with complex matters under their own steam are encouraged to apply. 

    The role is a key appointment for the firm and comes with the opportunity for genuine career progression and market leading remuneration. We intend to double our family team over the next two years and are keen to ensure that we have the best solicitors in place to achieve our goal. 

    Law Society Children Law Accreditation is an advantage, but not essential.

    The candidate must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in this area of law and show ambition and genuine passion for what they do.

    Key Characteristics

    • Experienced Childcare / Public Law Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
    • Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise and manage a varied caseload.
    • Experience of running their own varied caseload.
    • Undertake own advocacy at all levels
    • Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts.
