Crime Solicitors (Higher Rights and Duty Slots) 4+PQE

Owing to a significant number of on going complex matters we are keen to hear from crime solicitors who are looking for a fresh challenge. Our team is rated across Chambers and Legal 500 and deals with the most complex and varied work around. The role comes with realistic prospects of progression and the opportunity to work for a firm that has a team of client focused lawyers across all its departments.

We would also be interested in hearing from firms who may be looking for a succession or merger option in this area.

Property Solicitor 3-5 Years +

Our team have a vacancy for a solicitor looking for a more rewarding career.  You will need to be at the top of your game and be able to exhibit technical and procedural expertise in both residential and commercial work, as well as have a working knowledge of CQS and Lexcel (desirable but not essential). The successful candidate will have delegated management duties as well as play an active part in the development and growth of the practice.

Our clients are diverse and the work rewarding and varied. There will also be opportunities for the candidate to develop contentious and corporate experience as they work in conjunction with other members of the team on different types of instructions.

For the right candidate we can offer a generous basic salary as well as a target related bonus structure and parking space (to be confirmed at offer stage). Candidates will need to be required to work mainly from our Whitchurch and LLandow offices.

Paralegals and Trainee Solicitors

Owing to continued growth in the practice we are keen to hear from paralegals who want to take on a varied and exciting role. Many of our existing solicitors started as paralegals and we have strong belief in developing our own talent for the future. It is expected that training contacts will be available for successful candidate to commence within the next 12 to 18 months as part of current business strategy.
