We have been advised about a number of spoof emails which appear to becoming from us either asking you to download a file or open a document relating to our bank details being changed.

We would not send you any documents which required you to download anything.

We are not changing our bank details and all account details should be verified by us over the phone to our main office telephone number 02920 378621. No other number will be used.

If you received anything suspicious please call us to verify the authenticity of what you have received.
