Legal Services Cardiff

Criminal and Regulatory Litigation

Our Crime and Regulatory department provides a full range of criminal defence work from the initial investigative stage (e.g. at the police station), through to the conclusion of the case, whether in the Magistrates Court, Crown Court, right up to the highest appellate court.

We deal with a whole range of criminal offences, from straight forward motoring offences to complex murder or fraud investigations.
As well as individual clients, we actively represent companies or corporations in a wide range of regulatory, licensing and white collar crime. We also deal with miscarriages of justice and Human Rights issues.
As recognition of the firm’s excellence in this area, we were early members of the Legal Services Commission's Serious Fraud Panel (now replaced by the Very High Cost Cases Panel or VHCC) which has been awarded to a limited number of practices in the United Kingdom.
Our Crime Department is consistently ranked in the top tier of firms in the respected legal directories, Legal 500 and Chambers.
We fight all cases to win, and take care to construct defences with close attention to detail and the evidence. We seek to take on board all issues important to a client and strive to attain a successful conclusion in all cases.
